Notes:

• All prices are per person, exclusive of taxes, and are based on double occupancy unless noted.
• Bozeman and West Yellowstone airport transfers are included
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• Activities on day of arrival and departure are not included in the package pricing, and can be scheduled á la carte.
• Children 12 and older are welcome throughout the season.
• The Lodge offers liquor, wine and beer that can be purchased from our extensive list.
• A 7% accommodation tax and 18% gratuity will be added to your package price.

Payments
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Bookings received within 60 days require full prepayment. Payments may be made by check or most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cancellations Policy/Travelers Insurance
Your deposit, less $100 per room booked, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival (90 for buyouts). After that, because of our intimate size, no refund is possible, for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. The Lodge at Sun Ranch highly recommends you purchase trip insurance from your local travel agent or your insurance provider. You are welcome to send someone else in your place.
